Vice Minister of GACC Zhang Baofeng Attends the 10th Meeting of China-Vietnam Land Border Port Management Cooperation Committee

On November 18, the 10th meeting of the China-Vietnam land border port management cooperation committee took place in China. Vice Minister of GACC Zhang Baofeng and Lieutenant General Vu Trung Kien, Commander of Vietnam Border Defense Force, co-chaired the session. Focused discussions centered on advancing land border port opening/upgrading, piloting Smart Port construction, and optimizing port business environments. Extensive consensus was achieved, and the meeting minutes were signed. Attendees included representatives from Chinese member institutions, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Transport, National Immigration Administration, National Railway Administration, China International Development Cooperation Agency, along with leading officials from Guangxi/Yunnan Port Offices and Nanning/Kunming Customs.
