From June 4 to 10, 2026, the Xiamen leg of the Seminar on Smart Customs Cooperation for English-Speaking African Countries was held at the BRICS Customs Center of Excellence in the city of Xiamen, China. Nineteen participants from five English-speaking African countries, including Liberia, Tanzania, Namibia, Rwanda, and Gambia, participated in the programme at the Center of Excellence.
